Authorize the Acting City Manager to negotiate and execute a Maintenance Services Agreement, in such final form as approved by the City Attorney, with West Coast Arborists, Inc. for tree trimming and tree maintenance services, for a term of 5.5 years, beginning January 1, 2026 and ending June 30, 2031, in an amount not to exceed $3,623,146 (which includes 25% for additional work as approved by the City Manager). 3. Authorize the City Manager to approve change orders and amendments to the agreement, provided that West Coast Arborists, Inc.'s total compensation does not exceed $3,623,146.
